If you receive a damaged or defective item, we are happy to assist you. To start the resolution process, you must:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

• A clear photo of the damaged/defective item(s).

• A screenshot of your order confirmation or receipt.

• A brief description of the issue.

Once we review and approve your request, we will either:

• Send a replacement item (if available), or

• Provide a credit for a future purchase.

3. Incorrect or Missing Items

If your order is missing items or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order confirmation and photos of the received items for review. We will correct any mistakes as quickly as possible.

4. Returns Not Accepted

We do not accept returns for the following reasons:

• Change of mind: Please double-check your order before confirming your purchase.

• Incorrect address: Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund or replacement.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

• Lip gloss and other beauty products.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
